Good but not perfect. The cutter is sort of touchy, and it would be better if it was more resistant to knife cuts. I use it on top of my wood cutting boards for that reason.

So easy to cut just the right amount with the built in cutter. I love, love, love this product. I do a lot of prep work for dinner everyday and this has made my life so much easier. When you’re finished just throw it away‼️

I am always using cutting boards, as we enjoy vegetables and fruits every day. But sometimes with fish, meat, and poultry, the boards can be difficult to wash clean. These disposable cutting boards are perfect for those situations, when you don't want to have to wash the raw fish/meat parts from your cutting board for the same meal when you are preparing raw vegetables for a salad. They are also great when you are lazy to wash, or need a cutting board to take on a trip and you want to use all disposable items.

This is a great food prep product. I love being able to cut off just a little or a lot; as much as I need. It is so very convenient & sanitary.

I really hated to disinfect my cutting boards all the time. I absolutely love these disposable boards. They do slide around some but they work great for my purpose. I cut all meats on these and dispose when done. I leave my other re-useable boards for fruits and veggies only now. It's great!
