Previously owned. Product came defective.
Was a previously used and returned product. Still had the packing slip of the previous owner in box. Unable to charge. Tires already written and leaving tire marks while assembly of the handle bars. Missing washers. Missing power charging cable.

On wet surfaces drive wheel sliding, no move.
The seat is too narrow for adults, would be wider.(No instructions on the package at receiving)

While almost perfect, it didn't perform as expected.
I really like the convince and portability of the FreeGo. However, the battery life was way less than expected. The FreeGo did not like going on any surface other than concrete or asphalt. Grass, dirt, etc. caused the wheels to not grip and "spin" uselessly. It was light weight and easy for me to fold and put in the car. There were so many pluses to this item, but the battery life as well as the tires not gripping when going, make it not usable for me.

I finally received my order.
Product is as described. Still getting use to item and evaluating. One thing I have concern with is from all specs and details I have seen the unit was suppose to have a reverse mode switch. I can not find any where on the unit.

Such a wonderful trike! Bike has suspension, a padded seat, and air filled tires. Has speedometer and state of charge readout on keyed ignition. Has a hand brake for the drive tire! Who could ask for more? Now I can get my medicine from the Rite Aid Pharmacy on the corner around a mile away. So mush better than having to depend on others to give me a ride! AS FAR AS I'M CONCERENED THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE...I HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING AROUND DO TO INJURIES AND THIS LITTLE SCOOTER IS LIKE MY BEST FRIEND NO DISTANCE IS TOO MUCH
