Q: Outdoor fire pit ok ?

This brick is designed more for kilns and foundries where they are exposed to extreme temperatures. They are porous and would not hold up well to rain exposure. There are other non-porous bricks that would work better for you.

Q: Can these be used in a charcoal grill, to put the lit charcoal directly over the bricks?

yeah, they should stand up to that. but good luck getting the ash out of the pores of the brick.

Q: Can these be use with oil furnace?

I wouldn't, they are very porous, i used them for a homemade mini forge
