Can this be used indoors?

yes. a tree hit my house during 75 mph winds and the drywall and stucco came out, the weather was wrong on the internet and i have been fighting with allstate. i used this to fill in the wall on the inside, and it works great i am so grateful for it. i don't know what i would have done because i am a disabled senior citizen, it is very easy to use, jst be sure to read the directions.

Can you spray this can sideways? I need to spray under my kitchen cabinets to a gap between the wall and floor.

Yes you can, it’s compressed so the bottle can be turned any way you’d like.

is it waterproof? Is it sealed cell type foam?

It is water proof, and I do believe it is a closed seal cell.

Why is buying a case of 12..way more expensive than just buying 12 individual??

The regular price for one can is $7.99 vs. $5.98/can if you buy 12. Amazon is offering a temporary discount of 26% on single cans, perhaps for promotional purposes to get customers to try it. Sure you can currently place 12 individual orders and save a buck, but they're probably betting most people will initially only order a can or two rather than risk buying too much and will wind up reordering after the discount runs out when they discover they did not get enough
