Superior
Either this (SerinAid) or Sharp PS by IFF which is not available in powder form and therefore much more expensive per dose. Also pills come with other additives that I can't eat. The only complaint is the price. It's still high. As far as my subjective experience, It helped with concentration after a week or two when I mixed it with mct oil and took it as a shot for better absorption.

Love this!
Noticed a big difference in my workouts with this 50p serinAid. Also love that it balances out my stress. This review is after two weeks of use with five day cycles.

Be Sure To Find Your Tolerance Level For This And It Helps Nicely
I have been finding alternatives to a brain support formula that I have been using in our home for a while. Getting this was to test it out and see if it helped.WHAT IS THIS LIKE?This is a thick plastic envelop with a zipper top on it. Inside is a mylar bag of the powder and also a small bamboo scoop.HOW TO TAKE?I decided to take a small amount which is 1/8 tsp of powder. I put it on my food- or almond butter and take it that way. I make sure to have something with oil or fat in it as that helps it digest.DOES IT WORK?I have to say, I feel a result within a half hour of taking this. It is a surge of energy and cognition that I definitely notice. It helps me focus better the rest of the day. For that reason, I do not take it late at night.LONG TERM?I am not sure if I will take this constantly. I am monitoring for vivid dreams or other side effects and so far it has been okay.THE BOTTOM LINEIf you need help with focus and don't mind a powder to take with something that has fat or oil in it, this might be for you. It is a bit on the expensive side, but a little goes a long way for me as compared to capsules.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. I think it is a bit expensive, but it does work.

Able to focus better
This arrived packaged pretty good, a packet inside a packet which keeps the contents secure. There are no instructions on how much to use, I did some research and ended up taking 1/8 teaspoon in water. I am able to better focus on my task at hand after taking this product. I like how this is helping me to think more clearly, very pleased!

So Far, So Good
Phosphatidylserine is an ingredient in a number of nootropic products for cognition. There is some research suggesting it might aid Alzheimer’s patients. I have used it for focus/clarity, especially in the evening when I consume less caffeine. This powder form is cost-effective. It is easy to add to drinks or water – it mixes easily and does not have an overpowering taste. There is a wooden spoon included to help with dosage; however, you will need to experiment with amounts and tolerance since it is in powder form.Overall, I have had a good experience with this product so far and would encourage others to give it a try, as well.
