Good product

Very sturdy case and relatively easy to set up.Do not use the screws that come with it.Go & buy better screws.As soon as you begin to tighten those screws, the head strips out.Very cheap metal screws.The unit on the other hand is very well made.

Packaging looked damaged when it arrived but was ok after opening. I would like to have a little more room for keys but it works well and is very easy to set up and install.

Not a huge fan of these types of key holders because I think they give a false sense of security. As long as you know the limitations, I guess it is fine. But because the numbers you enable as part of your code can be entered in any order, a persistent thief could access your key without much effort. Also, it doesn't seem like it would take all that much to pry this model open. I switched over to a key lock box with a combination lock where it is required that you know the proper sequence of the digits. The number of possible permutations is a lot greater with one of those. If you use one of these, I would place in a spot where it isn't very visible.

they are sturdy units. This is not a weather proof unit strictly indoor use. Buttons don't click down unless you really push them.
