Digital delivery received for the first time. Actually I was waiting for a physical product, it was delivered digitally. Now I'm using it, it works fine.

I trust Kaspersky and I've been using their antivirus softwares for the past 2 years, mainly because they are lightweight, never slows down my pc and also provides good protection. I panicked and contacted the seller through the provided WhatsApp number, he replied within seconds, and was really humble and corrected my mistake, then within a few seconds I successfully renewed my Kaspersky license again..So if you're thinking about trying Kaspersky for the first time or hesitating to purchase it because of the email delivery process, trust me, you can go ahead without a second doubt. And if you can't access your email id for some time where you're supposed the receive the activation code, then you can get your code from Amazon's message centre. You'll find here an exact copy of what the seller will email you. To access Amazon's message centre, open your Amazon app, click on the three lines icon 'Menu' on the bottom right corner, then click on 'Account', scroll down untill you find 'Message Centre' click on 'Your messages' then 'All messages' and there you go!.If you're still reading, I'm hoping I was able to help you clear some of your doubts about this product. It is the worst product I have had till date. The link sent by the seller didn't work even if tried several times. The incomplete installation took 6 hours. Just waste of money. I recommend never to buy again.
