Use as moisturizer for hands and body
Using as a moisturizer for skin with eczema - so far so good. It hasn’t aggravated it - a super plus for me since many moisturizers have made thing worse. I’ve only used for about a week. Will update after some time

It is not the same oil as you get in Kerala. Ingredients are very different and wish I could return it and get my money back.
