No. I have not but did think it would be a great idea to have extra forbeasy changes

My hoses are standard 5/8". these say "3/4, but i've never seen 5/8" quick connectors. will these work?

Yes they should work. I think 3/4 is the thread size on hose fitting not the diameter of the hose

Any hardware. Their just standard hose bib washers.

can I use the connectors with a 3100 PSI pressure washer?

This is really in response to the April 13, 2023 response - why would anyone put this on the power end of a power washer? That's the wrong answer because that's clearly not what the questioner was asking. The correct answer is that it is perfectly fine to use these adapters at the water source to bring water to your pressure washer, irrespective of the PSI of your pressure washer. This will NOT increase the pressure within your home system.
