Have had this mug for several months now so I feel confident awarding it a 5-star rating. It keeps drinks hot (or cold) for hours! For reference, if I make a full cup of tea in it (boiling water and a just dash of milk) and put the lid on, I have to wait an hour before it’s even drinkable temperature. Great to make a coffee at home and it’s ready to drink when I get to work. The lid is very secure and leak-proof—I have never had a spill yet. The mug part is also super sturdy and holds up well to daily use and cleaning. And, as the most important factor for me, it is VERY easy to clean! No hidden spots for gross moldy/crusty drink residues to build up, as the lid design is simple with no sliding parts (unlike other mugs I’ve tried). Overall, this is the best travel mug I have ever bought and I’d buy another in a heartbeat!

Nice little mug. Keeps drink hot etc...serves the purpose and right size! The only drawback is, i used turmeric tea bag...so it stained the lid area where we drink through., the place where drink comes in contact. But I am not so fussed, but if you are the one who wouldn't like a stained lid, you may want to avoid turmeric tea bags!!!

Perfect tumbler for hot drinks like coffee, it does not drip and is a perfect color and size and the price is great for the quality

I love these insulated cups. I feel safe with it in my bag even when full of hot coffee. They go in the dishwasher and they fit in my car cup holder as they are slim. Holds a good amount of liquid. Pop the lid before trying to unscrew the top. The top is very tight, someone in my house with a weaker grip struggled to unscrew the lid. I think this unscrewing of tight lid eventually caused the flip top of my first cup to break off but I still use it and would like to buy a third. The outside of the cup is very tactile being a matt out matt and shiny surface.

I have used it every day since I had it. Keeps my coffee warm all morning on my desk. Exactly the right size for a regular coffee from most shops (12fl oz ,a small in Costa). Goes through the dishwasher . Lid is fairly leakproof but I would always keep it upright . I love it.

Excellent cup!I use it for my hot chocolate in the mornings when heading to the yard to see my horse, it’s so easy to clean and it keeps my drink hot for hours!I love the design and colour of it, it’s very streamline and sophisticated. I’ve bought other cups from this brand and I can never find a fault in them.I would say this is definitely worth the buy

I’m extremely satisfied with this cup, the size is perfect and it really doesn’t leak! I ride a motorcycle and keep it in an attached bag and it really doesn’t leak and the lid doesn’t budge. It keeps my cold drinks cold for hours and the ice doesn’t even melt. I would definitely buy this again
