Are the bed and trundle adjustable?

Not sure what you mean by "adjustable," but the trundle can pull out all the way. The platform for the bed is stationary and fixed at a certain height. I can say, it is very sturdy, my teenager is using it as a bed and seating. I've seen 4 teenager basketball players on it at one time with no problems whatsoever.Hope this helps.

The king size is listed at 450 lbs. Which is insanely low when you figure a king mattress is at least 100 lbs on its own. The average adult human is 150 lbs and it's normal for 2 people to sleep on a king size bed. Hope you're using just sheets, don't own any pets or ever want anyone else to sit on the bed. The whole thing fell apart in no time at all with just normal use, it's super flimsy.
