I thought this was a great easy to read book that allowed me to be more informed about the due diligence needed to buy land. I took lots of good notes and took away some good perspectives and learned about some of the pitfalls to avoid when purchasing land. I would high recommend this book to anyone considering the purchase of land.

The book starts out strong - providing good guidance on land investing strategies and high level ideas for how to find, close and resell land. With so many books on the market, I always look for those few things that set the book apart - and there really isn’t anything here that was like a lightning bolt of knowledge. A good book, with solid information, but lacking that flash of unique that would move the stars up.

This book will serve as my land investing guide forever. I strongly recommend it to everyone at all levels. Get it today!

Great read for some pressing questions that I had regarding land. I really enjoyed the questions s d how each chapter provided a more in-depth understanding of what purchasing land entails. Thank you again!

I don't write reviews often, but this book was so disappointing that I had to say something. There are no actionable steps to take from this book. I read the whole book in about 30 minutes. Chapter 3 titled Have a Plan is one page long (4 paragraphs); and, many of the other chapters are only two pages long. The pages are filled with general descriptions that can be read for free online with various blogs. The book is 81 pages (some of which have half a page of blank space) full of general information paraphrased from Wikipedia. I can not recommend this book.

Very informative book for the beginner. Offers good insight on basics of what to do & not do. Gives you a starting place & informs on what types of questions you, as the buyer, need to ask as well as the many steps an informed decision entails. I thought it was very helpful.

It arrived in good condition. I use it to read.

Not exactly what I was hoping for, but definitely solid advice about certain things to think about before purchasing. If you know anything about buying land, you won’t need this book.
