I loved everything about our purchase. My husband & I bought electric scooters & could not wait to receive our beverage holders so we can go on a rides to treat ourselves. We just rec’d our order & put it to the test going to Starbucks & ordered the largest size beverages, venti. It worked perfectly & better than I expected!! I read complaints on OTHER BRAND drink/bottle holders & this brand has surpassed them all. It is made of strong material where the holder did not give, bend or shake. The clamp is made well & is secure. I even put a full bottled water 24 oz. made of glass in it & it did fine. Can’t go wrong with the price of 2 for $9.99. Such a great deal & quality.

I mounted these on both of my seat stays and they held up fine during my 55-mile bike ride. I had two 22 oz bottles in them and they stayed snug in the bottle holders. I would suggest putting some grip tape where you mount these or you will get some scratches on your frame.

The write up states “........ This quick release bottle cage fits most standard-sized water bottles, especially perfect for 2.5'' - 3.3'' bottle in diameter....”. This actually barely ( if at all) grips a standard water bottle or a standard 12 oz can of soda, etc. While the mounting assembly is adjustable, the cage for the bottle is not. I am disappointed that it does not “hold onto” a standard bottle as stated. I feel like I will be losing a lot of water bottles or stopping to retrieve them from the ground. The bolt also will likely scratch the tube it is attached to.

Buyer beware, this will gouge you paint.The screw is exposed on the inside of the clamp, the threads will act like a file and eat into the paint and scratch aluminum frames.

This product suffers from a major design flaw. The screw used to tighten and secure the clamp contacts the bike tube and damages the paint, literally scraping it away. There is no way to adjust the placement of the screw and adjustment lever to avoid this. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until after I installed the holders. I tried this on multiple locations and even attempted to protect the bike tube with electrical tape but it didn’t help. I’l be sending these back and looking elsewhere for a clamp-on water bottle holder. If you care about the paint finish on your bike, avoid this product.

Bought this thinking it would fit my scooter, however the brackets don't hold well. I had to use sip tides to hold it in place. Any water container I put in it always goes out flying. I don't recommend it.

Good price for two but I’d make one change so you don’t scratch your bike. The center bolt is not protected and will scratch any part of the bike it touches. I Just placed a Plastics sleeve over the bolt and so far so good.

I bought this for my daughter's bike which does not have the predrilled holes for a water bottle mount, and this attaches quite easily and holds most standard sized water bottles. My only complaint is that the screw that tightens it around the frame will scratch off the paint on the bike frame. Next time I will put some tape around the bike frame where it attaches to prevent this from happening. Good deal for two though.
