I used this same mat at physical therapy which is why I purchased it. It’s got great cushioning and is non-slip. You can store it rolled and when you go to use it, it lays flat every time- no curling.

I can't tell whether this is a genuine Aeromat mat or a knockoff. There are so many knockoffs online these days.My original Aeromat I bought at a physical store and it is great. This one is just OK: It is not smooth and it has a slight tire-like smell.

Just tried my mat for the first time yesterday at yoga and couldn't even hold my down dog because my hands kept slipping away from me. Had to switch mats in the middle of my class. Might be fine for pilates--very squishy--but not usable for yoga.

Perfect for pilates. Very thick and comfortable to work out on. Keep in mind this isn’t comparable to something like a yoga mat that’s quite thin, although I’d argue this is definitely more comfortable. It arrived very clean with no damages.

It is not what i expected it to be, but a goodl deal
