I like the look of the item and the say8ng but as I said in my previous review, the item was not package well or marked fragil and it was broken in 4 places!!

Great product, not properly packaged. Arrived broken.
The product was great, but the packaging was terrible and the item arrived broken. This is a ceramic piece that was wrapped in very thin bubble wrap and improper packaging. Update: The replacement arrived in perfect condition; however, it was still shipped in the same packaging. I suggest this company provide extra padding or foam to protect this item when shipping.

Waste of money and effort
I ordered this for an elderly friend. It arrived broken. I did not wish to add stress by asking her to return the item. Very disappointed.
