Bought 2 for my kids about 2 years ago and they love it. It has not loss its shape and feels like it did when we first got it. Almost wish I got one for my bed.

It’s really great for the price and also has acceptable edge support. It says that it’s medium firm but feels a bit more plush because of the memory foam. It’s great at cooling because of the copper thing though.If you’re a heavy sleeper like weigh more than 220 pounds like me go for a firm one, this one feels plush.

...my love has come along. LOL Best night's sleep I've had in years. I only woke slightly between sleep cycles, but not out of need to change positions because of pressure. The feel is firm, but with some give. Over all....I'm in love.Now to the unboxing and loading up to the frame. *SIGH* I'm not taking any stars off, because I KNEW what I was in for, so any aches and pains I've felt for the past couple days is solely my responsibility. I am a mature average sized woman whose idea of a workout is dancing around my apartment or doing household chores. Then my cat was naturally fascinated during the unboxing process.Keep in mind that I first has to remove my old mattress and stand it up to get it out of the way. I wanted to curse while I was doing it, but I just laughed like many of us do when we're moving mattresses with another person. What is it about mattresses that make people laugh? They flop around and make our lives a living hecking heck.So then I was faced with the task of hauling all 75 lb of the new mattress onto the bed frame. I did it, but not without a hecka effort. It was the removal of the plastic layers that was challenging at least. But once again...I DID IT! And as soon as I made that first snip into the edge of the last layer of plastic, the mattress grew a life of its own. I've heard of mattresses of this type needing up to 72 hours to fully expand, but this one was probably ready for sleep that very night. But wanting to give it 24 hours, I camped out on my sofa, which is OK for sitting, but was not meant for restful dozing. So man was I ever happy to dress up my new bed and get a good night's sleep.Restful sleep....100% Finished size as expected....about a 1/2 more than the stated 10". Would I recommend setting it up solo to anyone else? Oh heck no. ;)

We had to return this mattress unopened because straight out of the box was an instruction we were unable to follow-see photo.JUST KIDDING! But we did end up calling it my sister…Anyhoo, my husband likes to sleep on a stone slab; I prefer marshmallows, it’s been an issue.So after my sister supervised the opening and giving the mattress set a couple of days-“to achieve its full potential”-we slept on it together pondering what levels of hostility we’d be having to negotiate in the morning.THERE WAS NO HOSTILITY!Oh my goodness, we actually both love this mattress. The memory foam is soft and snuggly easing and supporting my curves in all the right places, while the individually wrapped inner coils keep my guy ramrod straight and aligned. I have no idea how this balancing act works, but it does, and we can now continue down the path to our “happily ever after” with well rested harmony (mostly) firmly in place!The mattress says cooling and it certainly does not sleep hot like our previous memory foam mattress and that’s a very good thing.

While most reviews have complained about the firmness of this mattress, I would like to give it praise. We went from a plush pillow-top standard mattress to this hybrid. We also went from locked lower backs and hip pain in the morning to no pain at all. It is firm'ish, but we are using a 2 inch memory foam pad on top of it that we previously had. That combats the firm feeling when you first lay down. Being that the mattress is memory foam, it needs a second to form to you. After that, the sensation of firm is gone. Give it a try if you have pain. It's worth the money in my book.

LOVE that it came in a box. Heavy for one person. I eventually flipped it up the stairs though and got it into the bedroom. Once unpacked it rolled out just like they said it would. It probably took a full day to get it settled. I like it, but I will say it is much firmer than I expected. Overall it is for a guest room and it gets the job done. I don't have to worry about anyone overstaying their welcome.

I bought this mattress because it was a good sale, however, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again at full price. Great support, firm, but comfy at the same time. Best value I've found in a mattress.

I find this bed very uncomfortable, it’s super hard. I haven’t had any issues back/neck wise but I just don’t look forward to getting into a bed that feels like a plank of wood.

Buyer beware, this item was delivered quick and as per instruction to open the package within 72hours and let it expand for 48hours... did all that and the mattress still did not expand to full size, some are 8 inches some areas are 9 and none expanded to full 10 inches.Please note this is a mattress in a box, so once you open it, it will be impossible to repackage by yourself.Called Amazon only to be told that I will need to "purchase a return package at a cost of $99" so I can return the item to amazon and was told by a supervisor to contact zinus instead, only for zinus to say to deal with amazon as its within the 30 day return policy! Called Amazon again and was told nothing they can do unless I pay for a return package! And they will not entertain anymore inquiry regarding this item unless I agree to pay for return packaging! Been a prime member for way too long, never had issues like this. Oh by the way, looks like amazon deleted previous reviews regarding same issue about this mattress.Always been a fan of zinus product but looks like this one is a miss hit.
