Ok so im not 100% sure if this works for bv or thrush (sorry) because im using cream for thrush and bv to get rid of my bv with 3 wks use.. buuuut I have no thrush or smell from bv. And im quite sensitive and have no symptoms of either while using this everyday. The soap smells really nice considering its soap free and for down there. It goes a long way as well which is really good and makes my skin squeaky clean I think ill order again when it is finished. Mayhe in a month or so when im done ill update when im done with cream and tablets and let you know if just using this helps

I've been using this wash for a while now and it's been really gentle on my skin. The formula is light, doesn't have any strong scent, and lathers just enough to feel clean without leaving any residue. I like that it's pH balanced and soap free, so it doesn't cause any irritation. It leaves me feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day, even on busier ones when I'm out and about. The bottle is a good size and lasts quite a while, so it's decent value too. It was driving me crazy getting one UTI after another after the menopause .... No matter what I did I just couldn't feel well and pain free ...antibiotics worked for a while then the problem would resurface After trying to find out why I got so many infections I came to the conclusion it was soaps... bubble baths... anything perfumed. We refer this as Willy wash and Fanny Fresh, as that’s what is the target area is, right? Both he and her have used the Pink and Blue versions, both using either product regardless of colour. It does what is has been designed for. Sensitive areas, smelly areas, where some products (even soap) can encourage thrush or allergies. She suffers from eczema, and basically allergic to everything. No problems of any skin reactions or genetalia issues from either of us, which pardon the pun is refreshing and welcomed. A nice neutral wash that leaves the skin feeling fresh and clean. Overall, good value and very similar to other Femfresh washes. Useful for both women and men. Would purchase again.
