I’ve been taking Nature’s Truth Biotin 5000 mcg for a few weeks, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My nails feel stronger and my hair seems to be shedding less. The softgels are easy to swallow and have no weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO and gluten-free. So far, I’m happy with the results.

The capsules arrived on time and were well-packaged. They’re easy to swallow and the instructions are simple. Haven’t noticed results yet, but excited to see improvements in hair, skin, and nails over time.and I’ll update the review once i used them longer.

Take these pills 3 per day. Easy on the stomach, no smell, have helped tremendously with thickness and hair growth.
