I bought one for me after my brother passed. It was very easy to put some ashes in. I did put a different chain. It is very shiny and just beautiful. Great quality, I was shocked at the price, fits nicely on my neck and feels comfortable. I love it so much, I purchased one for my sister. I absolutely love this necklace. I put my mother's ashes in it. Was very easy to due. Comes with the supplies. I have worn this for a long time. I have accidentally gotten it wet. Its held up perfectly! I love it so much. Its not too large, just a cute little heart. I added my dad's thumb print too it, as he also passed. I wear it often.

I love that I was able to have my dad‘s information engraved on the heart. It is a nice piece. I will say that if you plan to wear it all the time to make sure you scrub your neck and due to it being loose around the neck if you sleep with it constantly, you can rub your neck raw but overall it is a great keepsake

I bought this necklace as a gift. It does come in a nice velvet covered box. Inside the box the necklace is in clear ziplock bag. And the little funnel and scoop for collecting the ashes are in another 1. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because because of the pics , from company not reviews show the box in a small mesh or fabric gift bag. The pull string type. All that being said, I think it’s beautiful and heavy and a good product for the price.

As expected. Used the blunt end of q tip to stuff the ashes in the small hole. The funnel does not work. Otherwise I'm happy.
