Attractive, well made, solid. I was being very selective and did a lot of research before choosing this facet set. I certainly made the right choice. 10/10.

My last faucet was from this company and I loved it. This one was just as beautiful but the sprayer water volume is extremely weak. My sister also bought one from here not long after me and it is also weak.

Shopped around the local big box stores looking for a solid metal kitchen faucet at a decent price but couldn't find one that I felt was solidly built. So I had a local plumber install an American Standard that looked better than most, but it kept leaking. The plumber or American Standard wouldn't refund me but AS did replace the faucet for free...but I didn't want to end up with the same problem so I'll keep it around for a spare. Anyway, after looking around, this Kingston Brass faucet looked like a good bang for the buck, so I ordered it from Amazon. Very impressed with the build quality...I installed it myself and its been great. One minor complaint is that, being solid brass, you can't use the hand sprayer with very hot water as it gets hot pretty quickly...but we seldom actually do that. This Kingston faucet seems built right like the good old days...so far, so good, no leaks or complaints after a few months!

This is a work of art! Should last a lifetime, this is a very substantial faucet and worth every penny. Bought the nickel finish and it is my favorite bling in the kitchen. I have other Kingston brass faucets in bathrooms and they are so well made…solid brass is what plumbing fixtures should be made from. Highly recommend.

Excellent high quality fixture with beautiful polished nickel finish. All metal without plastic. Very smooth handle action.

I placed this order on August 30, 2024. A major part was missing. When I reached out to Kingston Brass about the missing piece, they notified me that they wouldn't send the piece because of their "30 day open box policy." Mind you - It's been LESS THAN 30 days since I bought the faucet. So, they don't even stick to their own policy and told me that I had to purchase a whole new sprayer.

Kingston Brass is not the manufacturer, just a distributor of grossly overpriced junk. This kitchen faucet lost (ruined) it's O-Ring at the base of the spout within 5 years. Company offers no assistance with maintaining the unit. Would not even measure the O-Ring in question and refused to assist with finding a replacement. Just a worthless company importing Taiwanese crap. A 25 cent O-ring failed, and one has to buy a whole new faucet because O-Ring is non-standard. Overpriced merchandise, useless customer support, and crappy construction.
