Perfect for our Sportsmobile Van and easy to install and use!
We bought this for our Sportsmobile camper van. I had to order special mounts for the van, but it was super easy to mount and we absolutely love it. It is easier to open and close with 2 people, but 1 person can do it. I love the cool LED light and was easy to hook up to our 12v power. It's very well made too. Also bought the full enclosure that goes with it and it was a great addition. I would definitely recommend this!!

So awesome
Gotta say this thing is awesome and durable. Had it go through a few gnarly wind storms where it even flipped itself, yet the poles and bars are still ok and keep working (sadly the led light cord got severed and I had to do a dyi repair on it). Not sure if the cheaper ones on amazon are just as good, but I can attest to the quality of this one

Way better than a regualr EZ-up
This thing handles wind a lot better than normal EZ-ups. It's also easily deployed by one person and has an optional screened room attachment. ARB also sells spare parts in case something ever breaks. Excellent product.

I use this on my vendor trailer
I bought this awning and attached it to the side of my enclosed cargo trailer. I use this trailer instead of a tent when vending at markets and festivals. It provides shelter for me and my workbench as well as a table to hold my silver.I don't work year around, but more three seasons. Most venues require a white 10 x 10 tent, but my arms just can't deal with setting those up, then hauling tools and tables across the lawn to the booth site. I now work from beside my trailer under my awning, or I find other venues. I rely upon this awning as a part of my business. Working 3 seasons means I see wind, rain, and a lot of sun. This awning is a little flimsy, but for the most part well made. If it were heavier made, it might be hard to handle. I'm pretty satisfied it strikes a reasonable balance between weight, sturdiness, and price. The most recent reviews I see now (May, 23) sound like there may be quality issues, but I can't say I've experienced it with mine. I bought mine in Dec 2021.Set up is a bit of a pain for me, but reaching up is hard for me and this thing has to be high to do what it's supposed to. Watch out for things swinging around and getting bent. Once you get the hang of it, set up is mostly manageable, but I did bend a pin hole the first time I set mine up.Carry a couple of sand bags. Mine came with tent stakes and ropes, but those are rarely an option for me. Without sandbags to hold down the two outward corners the wind will tear it to pieces. You'll need a tall pole for the middle if you use this in rain. You can drop the legs down to their shortest positions and shed plenty of water when stowed for the evening, but you'll need to prop up the middle if you need to keep it extended.I write now because I'm starting to have a failure. Given I deploy this awning once or twice a week 9 months out of the year, I'm not really surprised. The failure is on attaching the sides of the awning to the bars that swing out do the sides. The fabric of the awning is attached to the pole by a strap of Velcro. That Velcro is loosing its grip. Not sure what I'll do at this point, but maybe install some grommets and use ball and bungee cord fasteners. All in all, for the price I think this awning is a pretty good deal. Treat it gently, and you should get quite a few uses out of it.

So good, I felt the need to leave a review
Being a fan of overlanding, I've seen ARB awnings on most everything. I can tell you, this awning, it's downright incredible. Can be setup in a minute or two by one person. Mine is mounted to a half-ladder, kayak rack in the rear of my truck. We also have the ARB annex room, so within five minutes you have a huge room / tent setup. It's been on my truck for the past couple of years, and while the exterior cover doesn't look that great, the actual awning still looks like brand new.Make sure to let it dry completely, and never store wet. If you store wet, make sure to open it up when you arrive home or the very next day to completely air-dry.

Easy to use
We attach this to the driver side of our 4-door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It's got a 2.5" lift with 35" tires and the awning legs are plenty long enough. One person can deploy and retract the awning, although it is easier with two people. It does depend on how high up the awning is mounted though... in my case I'm just tall enough to do it without a step stool. We haven't used it in bad weather or high winds, but it feels very sturdy.

Missing and damaged parts and no reply from seller --AVOID THIS SELLER!
I do not like to leave negative reviews, but the aluminum awning rails were damaged at both ends (I fixed them myself). The plastic electrical plug and module were both crushed upon receipt and the bolts/nuts to install the awning were missing. These would be minor, but this seller gets a "1" because, without those components, I cannot install the awning. My messages to the seller have gone unanswered. The awning is heavy and comes in a thick cardboard tube, but the ends of the awning rail were not well padded. The brittle electrical components come in a little nylon bag, and they too were not protected from being crushed within that tube by the awning.
