E-mailed customer service and they took care of the problem without any issues. Makes a big difference working with a company that backs they're products.The umbrella looks like it will hold up for many years. It has a nice powder coated frame and goes up and down easily with the turn of the hand crank.Thanks

Material had some small holes like something had poked it, but a little liquid fray check…it will be fine. Love the color!
