I've been getting quite fit over the past year and have a nice garage fitness gym setup...that is great but sometimes you don't want to go outside to go through a full session and just want to get something done quickly that hits all the target areas.I do have a single resistance band that I used already but I wanted something to allow me to do a mini-workout indoors for when I just want a quick 25-minute session....and this set seemed ideal for what I wanted.The different ways of using things are great, and whilst I will probably only use the door anchor and the handgrips, the wife has already shown interest in the ankle attachments for her own workouts....and the range of resistance offered means she can easily select bands to get the effect she wants.The foam on the hand grips is really comfortable and its great that the door anchor does zero damage when in useThe selection of bands and resistance is great but I actually find them really useful when used in full combination...it certainly hits exactly the areas I want to target and feels quite tough at times so I know I am working.What I really like about these is that they come in a nice neat carry bag so they are ideal even when you are travelling. I have TRX straps as well which are similar in size when travelling but more can be done with these without the requirement of a wall or ceiling anchor...so these are now going with me whenever away from home.Great purchase and well worth the expense for people who want to workout wherever they are

Great product, easy to use and is convenient for working out without weights and takes up a small amount of space, however, the one issue I have is that I did not have the workout guide inside with the rest of the kit. Other than that would recommend.

I bought this product as I've stopped going to gym for a while, but still need some strength training. I use it three times a week, for push, pull and legs exercises etc. and I try to do different combination to work out different part of the body.I'm very pleased with these resistance bands, good quality and able to hold my weight during aquats; simple and well thought out product bundle that is brilliant for home exercise. The adapter provided is brilliant, so I can use the bands over a closed door, very handy.Highly recommend this product.

Does the job, but a little over priced.

I bought this product because you are worth your money and look good as a starter kit. Items appeared soon. When I opened the box, all items were neatly packed in a black drawstring bag, which was very suitable for storage. The whole set of equipment is well-made, feels very durable, and the resistance level of the band is different. There are different belts and accessories according to the sports you want to do.

Best thing I ever bought during lockdown. They have helped me so much. I would highly recommend.**EDIT** ... The only complaint I have is that the bag that the bands are stored in are absolute rubbish .. the bag is thin and as such has already split and cannot be used to store the bands anymore. Other than that, the bands are good!!

I’ve been using this for about two weeks. Still a way to go but enjoying it. The straps work well for a number of exercises.
