A truly beneficial read for anyone, any age.
I purchased this book once before and was sent a random book.. I was bummed but decided to try it again and I cannot express how extraordinary this book is. From the moment I picked it up and started reading, I was 50 pages in and could not put it down. I’m a “highlighter” when I read books.. and every page has something standing out. Not only does this book not focus on religion as a whole, but gives different perspectives from the creators stand point. I LOVE this book. When I first saw it online, didn’t know anything about the book but for some reason it just kept sticking out to me and so glad I decided to repurchase this book again for the second time! This book resonates with so many situations and obstacles and will hit home for everybody in some way, shape or form. I’ve found it to be helpful for me personal in my experience here on Earth trying to navigate our existence and society, etc..I truly feel like anyone could benefit from this book rather they feel they want too or not.

This Book Changed My Life (and I Don’t Say That Lightly).
✨🧘🏻♀️✨I hardly ever post reviews on Amazon. Like, hardly ever. But when I do, you better believe it’s because something has shaken me to my core—and this book? Oh, this book did that and so much more.If you’re ready to do the work—like, really do the work—this is the only book you need. I’m a deep believer in self-help, personal growth, and all that jazz, but let me tell you something: The Inner Work is in a league of its own. It’s not just a book; it’s a life-changer.Here’s the deal: If you want ultimate happiness, ultimate self-forgiveness, and ultimate freedom from all the crap you’ve been carrying around (you know, the stuff that makes you feel like you’re not enough), this is your must-read. And I don’t say “must” lightly. I mean it like Parks and Rec’s Donna Meagle means “must” when she says, “It’s a must, must, must.” It’s non-negotiable.I’ve never in my life felt this happy, this in love with myself, or this forgiving of everyone and everything around me. This book helped me see that we’re all united, we’re all connected, and we’re not our thoughts, our beliefs, or the stories we’ve been told. We’re so much more than that. There’s a divine light within each of us, just waiting to be discovered—and this book is the map to finding it.Now, I’m not gonna sugarcoat it: The work isn’t easy. It’s hard. Like, really hard. The emotions are strong, the old narratives are stubborn, and there were moments when I wanted to throw the book into my bookshelf of lovely books (but I didn’t, because I love myself too much now). But if you’re ready to let go of the past, step into your truth, and feel genuinely happy just because you’re happy with yourself, then this is the book for you.Final warning: This book will mess you up (in the best way possible). It’ll challenge you, it’ll transform you, and it’ll leave you wondering why you didn’t pick it up sooner. But hey, better late than never, right?Do yourself a favor: Buy this book. Read it. Do the work. And then come back here and thank me later. You’re welcome.

Mote than I could of imagined
I’m now at a place I’ve always wanted to be without knowing I wanted to be there. I know. Read and you’ll understand.

This really opened me to not let others define me. I define me for who I am.
This was really eye-opening and allowed me to have such personal growth. Allowed me to see how I allowed a belief system put on me early on in my life to define me. Really allowed me to put myself in a place to take back false beliefs about myself and how I define myself as an adult. would very much recommend.

A Method of Changing Different Mental Programs
I have been reading self-help books for the last 20 years. This book has a familiar theme that I have seen in other spiritual self help books, the idea that you can choose to be happy or joyful despite your external conditions. It works at identifying some of the programs that may cause someone to view life in a negative way. It has a new age type of philosophy that is the undercurrent throughout the book. For example, on the various themes of consciousness, they list 3d-4d-5d. Also, the book tends to be all inclusive of all spiritual traditions as they mention Jesus, Krishna, Buddha and many other teachers through out the text.My understanding of the book is that it puts forward the idea that one can exist in a state of bliss if one is able to identify the various wounds that one has and identify the programs that are coming from these wounds. It is suggested that one take time to catch these triggers when they are activated and to re-write the program. This is done though a process of identifying the trigger, giving it space, and then reinforcing a new narrative.I think that the book is useful with really laying out the wounds that one may have. I like that they list various wounds, for example the wound of violation is one of them. This is my favorite part of the book. I like that I can retrieve information about the particular wounding and the thought programs that may arise as a result. Now, I agree with the book to a certain extent. I believe it is important to identify the various triggers and try to use techniques like affirmations to replace the old belief. However, having used these techniques in the past (affirmations, changing beliefs), I can say that they work on a mental level. If there is a very deep wound, it can be very tricky to deal with. Some wounds may be very deep and at a subconscious level. I like that this book puts forward the idea that one can take action on these wounds and try to change things. Some ideas I slightly disagree with. For example, I don't necessarily believe it is possible to be in a continual state of bliss and ecstasy at all time. Maybe there is a little too much overpromising in my opinion. As a Buddhist myself, I tend to believe that all states are temporary. One may feel blissful one moment and then a new feeling arises. Some of these various states may even be beyond someone's control. For example, waking up one morning in a bad mood... sometimes it happens despite all of our positive efforts of using affirmations, meditation, etc. It is simply a state that may occur on any given day. There is also the idea of karma, samskaras, and mental tendencies that carry on from past lives. How much of this is influencing our mindstreams in any given moment? It is hard to tell exactly how much. We may suddenly have a negative thought that arises out of nowhere. Anyways, this is my review of the book and I do believe there is value in this book.

Must Buy!
This is the most transformative book I have ever read. I read it through once to see how it was. I ended up reading it again to really absorb the information and from time to time when I need more awareness and perspective I look through it for support. It is an amazingly well written book. Very inspiring!
