Reasonably priced. Easily dissolved. I primarily use it to feed the 'good' gut bacteria. It has a gentle sweet taste so I can add it to water to make a slightly sweet drink.

This is an excellent substrate for L. Reuterri yoghurt. Adding to milk while stirring along with L Reuterri starter I found that the yoghurt sets in 16-18 hrs .. just one bit of info. Make sure you buy a good yoghurt maker as L Reuterri is very temp sensitive species. And some of the yoghurt maleing maches sold on Amazon say that they are actually temp controlled, the one I bought had only a show pony switch the temp was constantly above 42.8 Centigrade.

This brand of inulin is easier to handle than some others, as it is readily soluble in warm water. I find a teaspoon in water before bed helps me sleep.
