Traditionally, Karuthamarmani Lepam is known for its soothing action and also that it helps manage the soreness of strained tissues. With a combination of Indian Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), Aloe Vera, and Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora), it is easily absorbed with the skin permeability of the cream for a faster healing effect.
