Finally, I can listen while swimming
This is the best thing out there for listening to audio while swimming and is vastly better than anything that I have tried before. I've had them for nearly 3 months and they've been solid. The quality is excellent and the clarity of the sound is unbelievable in the water. I swim in an Endless Pool (EP) 4 to 5 times per week for 40 min or more. The EP is noisier and more turbulent than a lap pool. This puts more demand on the headphones. I use the earplugs that came with the headphones and I got a Firesara Fabric Swim Cap to reduce noisy water flow over my ears. So, I put the headphones on first, followed by earplugs, swim cap, and goggles in that order. The cap is meant to be comfortable while improving my ability to hear the audio; it is not to improve swimming performance. My silicon and latex caps were awful for this. I listen to podcasts almost exclusively because they are the easiest for me to load. I find them in Apple Podcasts and export them to mp3 or m4a. Then, I run ffmpeg on them to double the volume and increase the playback speed to 1.4x. It also converts all of them to mp3 because some wouldn't play on the headphones otherwise. I automated this using a macOS Folder Action. If I couldn't easily double the volume of podcasts then I wouldn't be able to hear them well enough on full volume to follow the dialog! Aftershokz take note: filtering an audio file like this is out of the reach of most of your consumers. Without it, I would have returned these headphones! Speeding up playback is just icing on the cake but I'm really glad that I don't have to listen to podcasts at 1x speed. If the podcast is music, though, I don't increase speed but I still increase the volume. For these to be commercially successful, they need to be able to boost the volume of audio files and increase the playback speed right in the device. I also think that they need a way to synchronize with streaming services like Spotify. Most people are not going to do what I do. I have tried all kinds of headphones made for swimming over the last two decades. Bone conduction is the only way to go. If the headphones are piping sound directly into my ear canal then it is only a matter of minutes before water gets in and makes it so that I cannot hear anything. I nearly gave up on listening to anything in the water. I only tried these because I've also had a great experience with Aeroplex which were gifted to me. I'm glad that I did.

Excellent swim headphones
The sound quality and useability while swimming is awesome. They sit securely but you don't even know there are there. The sound above wave ("General" setting) is good. The sound below water ("Swim" setting) is unbelieveable. These are vastly better than every other swim option I've tried. No wires to get tangled too. Simple, straight forward. Easy to load (although not bluetooth which is understandable given bluetooth and water don't mix). My only gripes are: (a) there's no way to fast forward through songs/tracks (you can skip to next but not forward within a track) and (b) the songs/tracks seem to play in random order (despite normal vs shuffle setting) and there's no way to tell what track you are on. This isn't a problem for music but makes listening to multi-part podcasts very difficult. Both are software tweaks. If those were fixed, these would be perfect.

Don’t be a dumb you-know-what. Read the description!!!
These headphones are amazing for swimming in. Very high quality materials, very comfortable, very good sound quality. I will admit it is hard getting Apple songs on there but that’s Apple’s fault not the headphone’s. Don’t be an idiot and post a bad review when you thought they were Bluetooth. A lot of people clearly did not read the description and then they are disappointed when they received exactly what they bought. These are great for swimming. That is what I bought them for and they work amazingly. I would not use them for anything else.

Decent once you work out the kinks
Never bought a pair of headphones like this before. I like the fact I can swim, and have both music and proper ear plugs. Sound quality is decent. Although the instructions are clear, it is a bit awkward to use. You can’t download Apple Music songs, or at least I couldn’t figure that out. And no Blueltooth to my watch which is a bummer. I ended up using YouTube MP3 Conversion which got the job done. Outside of working out those kinks, and dealing with some awkward controls, works great. Came with a dedicated charger, a pair of ear plugs, and a nice case. Let’s see how long it lasts.

Incredible!!!
These headphones are absolutely amazing! If you are looking to have some sound while you’re working out these headphones are definitely worth it. They sound much better underwater than they do about the water which is incredible! The battery does not last very long on these unfortunately. They last about an hour and 20 minutes. Or at least that’s as long as I’ve been able to get them to run. They do give you a warning that the battery is low and it warns you several times before they die. But you will have no problem with the sound underwater that’s for sure. Songs are really easy to add. It works just like a flash drive. All you do is just click and drag the songs from your iTunes directly. The playlist goes in the order of which you drag and place the songs. My music is my fuel while I am working out and I am ecstatic that I am able to listen to my music in the pool while I’m swimming! I have not tried these in the ocean and I would probably recommend not to be in that salt water eats away absolutely everything but fresh water swim you can’t beat this. Honestly I feel like the person who invented these bone conduction headphones receive a Nobel prize! They’re definitely worth the money. And I hardly don’t ever review things but I am giving this a 8/10. The only reason why it gets an eight is because of the battery. If they could make the battery last longer then it would be a slam dunk. You won’t regret buying these that’s for sure.

Really works. No headphones hassle! Swim with your tunes.
I swim almost every day and I need my music! I tried swimming with headphones but I kept getting swimmers ear or the plugs wouldn’t stay in. One time an ear plug got stuck in my ear and I ended up in urgent care! Then, I discovered these all in one bone conduction headphones! Good sound and my ears are happy.

These bad boys far exceeded my expectations and then some! I mean you can barely feel them on your head, which can be a little disconcerting, i tried them for the first time today, but i didn't have the confidence to try them without a swim cap on, however that is purely down to how ridiculously light they are. You put them on not really sure what to expect, tap the button to turn them on then tap the other button to turn on swimming mode, i didnt really notice much difference until i stuck my head in the water and then BOOOM the magic happens. Its louder with your head in the water than out! Having music to swim to increased my timing and speed. With their design you don't need to worry about ear buds falling out your ears, or music being too muffled from the waterproofing. You could easily listen to a podcast on these things. I am absolutely in love with these. There is a downside that you can't use the likes of play music/itunes on here and there is no bluetooth (which doesn't really work with water anyway) you connect to your computer with usb cable and drag and drop mp3's into the folder. I discovered loads of mp3's in my amazon music account from previous cd's etc i'd bought. Are they pricey? Absolutely. But oh my days i can't describe how fantastic these little things are. If you get the opportunity and feel the urge (and are a regular swimmer bored to tears swimming laps) you really should buy them. You won't regret it!

Lo utilizo nadando en océano y es súper cómodo, apenas se nota puesto, se agarra bien a las orejas y aunque aveces hay mucho oleaje no se pierde, calidad y volumen del sonido bueno …

Did some research and decided on the AfterShokz for my swimming headphones. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase! They are pricey, almost a little too pricey for what they are, but they do work very well under water and I was having trouble finding anything else that I thought would be worth the money. They stay on well and don't feel uncomfortable at all. I like that there is a general mode and an underwater mode. I can definitely hear the difference between the two. Sound quality is quite good considering what these are used for. I've used them when I have forgotten my standard headphones at work. Don't expect a lot of bass or anything, obviously... but I knew not to going into this. I think they are really great swimming headphones and I am pleased! Customer service is top-knotch, too! Edut* having had these for nearly a year now, I think my review was almost a little harsh. As long as you know that this style of headphone is different from the rest and therefore your expectations must be flexible, this is an amazing set. Since I last wrote this review (I used them swimming in a pool and in calm shallow ocean water prior) I came home from my work trip out-of-town and used them while dipping into the Pacific Ocean just a 10 minute walk from my home. I’ve never been disappointed with these headphones in the water. The waves were crashing against me and they stayed put on my head (obviously you have to be aware and careful) but I just want to say these really are cool, innovative, have lasted well and again, customer service was absolutely fantastic.
