Love this stuff, I buy a bottle about every 2 months. I use it as a hot sauce, and to make any sauce hotter. NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO AREN'T USE TO EXTREME HEAT

I have been using this for a over a year now in chili and making things a little hotter than usual.A few of the recipes I have used this in:I made a 3 gallon pot of chili with a dozen or so habaneros and 4 Carolina reapers, added about 10 drops to it and it was very flavorful with a lot of heat to the point where most hot sauce enthusiasts wouldn't eat more than a bite.Chicken brest marinated in 15 drops of this, a quart of chicken broth, pinch of salt, liberal amount of ground black pepper and garlic powder. Served over rice with a butter sauce (Butter, garlic, lemon, and chardonnay). It was extra tasty but had an insane amount of heat to the point where my roommates and I were all outside vomiting and coughing after a single bite.WARNING, THIS IS NOT A JOKE after over a year of use I have only used about a half ounce of this extract. Be mindful and if cooking with it the fumes can cause some eye and nasal discomfort similar to pepper spray.Will be buying again if I ever run out.

I bought this to repel squirrels which come to eat peaches from my peach tree every year. I used all type of methods to protect my peaches but none of them stops the greedy and tenacious squirrels. Eventually this seems working. I mix about 1 oz into half gallon water, and spray on all peaches. Squirrels tasted one peach and abandoned it. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you need to reapply after 3 or 4 days. If it rains you need to immediately reapply. I gave 4 star instead of 5 because you need to frequently reapply and that brings the cost up.This is a follow up/updated review and I raised star from 4 to 5; it's been several weeks I used this to repel squirrels and it really works. Now squirrels stay away from my peach tree, they are still wandering on my property hunting for other food but they are educated not to mess up with my peaches which will burn their tongues. I am so glad I finally find something really works. In the past so many years my peaches can never survive through the month of August, this year I only lost a few due to heavy rain, most peaches are still on the tree and almost ripe. Keep in mind when you harvest the peaches, put on latex gloves when washing them and definitely peel them before serving.

Like I mentioned in the title, this stuff tastes like absolute garbage. But, that doesn't make it bad overall. The heat is fantastic and makes this a great addition for any food. One thing to remember- this is NOT a hot sauce. If you put on food like one, it will ruin it. This should be used in small quantities to a large batch of food (Pot of pasta or soup) or hot sauce to increase heat.

I have bought this product several times now and it always comes with a stopper so u can get just a small amount but this time it did not come with a stopper and I didn’t realize this and I dumped a lot of the bottle on my steak is this a mistake or will the 5oz bottle not come with stopper anymore?

I purchased this extract because I make a lot of soups and I like heat, but I don't want to dump a whole bottle of hot sauce into my cooking just to get some spice. This solves that problem, and then some. It is HOT. I can take the heat, but it really doesn't take much to go from "wow spicy" to "oh no I can't breathe". Sometimes the vapors really catch me off guard when I hold up a spoon to sample what I'm making. None of that is bad. I can turn up the heat of a dish to 11 without altering the flavor, which is perfect.The only downside is it doesn't come with a dropper. Not only does that make it hard to portion it correctly, which is quite tricky free-pouring it from the bottle, but also it ends up dribbling on itself and making a mess that gets all over the bottle and your hands. Trust me, you do NOT want this stuff on your hands. You will 100% rub your eyes later and it will be apparent very quickly why keeping this stuff away from your fingers is in your best interest.Aside from the lack of dropper, this is awesome. I will definitely purchase more in the future.
