We only use these occasionally but they are sturdy and seem like they will last a lifetime. I like that they are bright red because they are easy to spot in the toolshed. That's important because they are not used everyday so I like that they stand out. Also, I like to always know that they are up and out of reach of small hands.

I only buy an 80lb bale of alfalfa every 6 months, but these make it possible for me to be able to unload the bale out of my van and on to a furniture dolly. I was happy to get them, they were the right size, easy to order and fast delivery. I especially like the safety tips so that I can store them without worry.

Super durable, no issues

I like how these have a bright red smooth finish. After 6 months of using them to load 6-8 bales of hay in my barn every couple of weeks, they are holding up well.

Based on other reviews here and elsewhere, I took a chance and bought these hooks for handling firewood.Having used them to aid in the processing of 6+ cord, mostly they have admirably lived up to this task. I’ve had no problems getting them to consistently stick in the Larch and Douglas Fir rounds I’m cutting. As an “old school” pulp hook alternative, they are perhaps a bit long and the geometry probably isn’t as good, especially for harder woods, but I would say these are largely personal preference issues. The one problem I’ve had is bending the tips when I use one hook to carry a particularly large/heavy round. However, it’s hard to fault these hooks for that issue and the problem is easily resolved by using two hooks to carry/move the bigger pieces.

I bought these to help me lift these storm grate in my driveway so I can clean out leaves and any other debris that falls in there. It worked great! The red paint though rubbed off immediately at the points of contact with the grates but I guess that's should be expected since I'm not using these hooks for hay. I would recommend as it is cheaper than actual grate cover lifters!

These hooks are super strong and I use them to pull an ATM out of my van when I deliver them. The hoos fir perfectly to the bottom of the machine and it allows me to pull the machine out of my van by myself.
