Exact Replacement Parts ERWR17X3880 Refrigerator Shelf Trim, Replaces GE WR17X3880

Short and useful part. This works for door shelf of a GE GTS18FBMFRWW refrigerator and is identical as far as I can tell to GE Part WR17X10846.The metal retaining bar for the lower shelf in the door was broken (well, hopelessly bent) for the above referenced refrigerator.According to the GE website, the replacement part for that bar was WR17X10846 which lists for approximately $80 on their website and almost that much other places I saw it.After extensive research I bought this item that I am reviewing (GE part # WR17X3880). Holding it up to the part I was replacing it was identical af far as I could see (same shape, length, width, etc). I put it together with two new end caps (GE WR2X8345) and it fit perfectly. It is like having a new shelf.

Perfect for my old fridge.

I never found the length in the description so I thought I'd just try it out. This one is 21 1/4 inches. Not the size I need so I'll have to return, but wanted to share the length with anyone else searching.

The size doesn't match what is listed.

It arrived with a dent in it but other than that it works just fine.

It works fine but was shipped in terrible packaging, zero bubble wrap or anything. You'd think that would be fine, but the box got hit, and the metal is incredibly weak so it bent a lot. I was able to bend it back but it is definitely not a strong piece of metal

This bar also fits GTS16KBMFRCC which is selling for over $80 per bar on some repair sites. I made the fridge like new again.
