True to Size, Comfortable, Good Value
I purchased these for my father last month. Since he prefers to wear a tee shirt with pajama pants, I got him these in a blue checkered print. He is 5'9" and has a 32 and 1/2" waist. A Medium fits him perfectly. They are a cotton/poly blend. I prefer a cotton blend because they usually don't wrinkle as much, and the fabric can "breathe." I'm hoping they will last him a couple of years at least. He likes that they are not too flimsy, but they're cool and comfortable. He says they've held up well after washing and drying a few times. They are also not expensive! Definitely recommend!

Comfortable, lightweight cotton sleep pants!
My husband has been looking for years for comfortable, non- flannel sleep pants. These are perfect. Cool, Cotton pants with pockets. We are going to order more!

You get what you pay for, it's nothing crazy
You get what you pay for, it's great if you just want to wear it at home. The material is thin and the drawstrings on the waistband ripped the pants immediately while I was just trying to adjust it. It is very cheap and it gets the job done, so it's fine in that regard. They are comfortable and they fit true to size.

Nice and comfortable but very thin material.
I like these budget pajamas but they are super thin and rip easily if you snag them on something. I'm not even sure how or if I snagged this pair, all I know is I woke up and they were shredded (I do sleepwalk sometimes so who knows what happened). They are comfortable, lightweight and good for us sleepers who like being cool when sleeping. I've got a few more pairs and if they hold up I'll probably buy more. The XL fits my 5'-8" 235 lb bowling ball shape body very comfortably, maybe a couple of inches too long but after an initial washing in hot water and a hot dryer the length shrunk up to fit nicely and they're still very comfortable in the waist.
