Mounted on 12 Gage
I purchased the Feyachi RS-25 to replace a broken Feyachi RSL-18 that failed when the reflex lens came loose due to the recoil of my 12 gage shotgun. After reviewing a number of reasonably priced reflex sights, I decided on the Feyachi RS-25. It got good reviews overall, in particular from several users who used it on a shotgun. Also, it is a simple design with a more rugged aluminum frame, just red reticle patterns, and 11 different illumination levels controlled by an easily accessible side knob. I mounted it on my Stevens 325 12 gage home defense style shotgun, see photos. This morning I took it to the 25 yard range to zero the sight.Viewed from the side, I noticed that the sight seemed to be pointed slightly down, so I adjusted it up about 15 clicks before firing. My first shot was still 4 or 5 inches low and slightly to the left. In total, I shot 7 rounds of Winchester Super-X rifled slugs. The last two landed on the 3 in. splash target I was aiming at. That is adequate for a home defense shotgun, so I quit at that point. The RS-25 survived those 7 rounds, and the adjustments seemed to work adequately. My most interesting observation was in regard to the illumination levels. I mounted the sight in my basement in artificial light and could see the crosshair reticle at every illumination level. The brightest reticle is the bullseye (dot & circle), I prefer the crosshair pattern. This morning was bright and sunny. I started with illumination level 1 and could not see the crosshair reticle. I kept cranking up the level, and a faint crosshair finally came into view about level 9. At the top level of 11 the crosshair was clearly visible but not extremely bright. So in bright daylight I should turn the illumination knob counterclockwise to level 11. After dark, I checked the sight at low light levels and determined that the best illumination level would be on the low end, 1 or2. The higher levels tend to blind the target in dim light. So to turn the sight on in dim light, I should turn the illumination knob clockwise.I like reflex sights for close range shooting out to about 50 yards. So far the RS-25 works as advertised, and I would recommend it to anyone needing a reasonably priced close range sight. It appears to be ruggedly built with a nice selection of reticle patterns and illumination levels, and easily mounts on a Picatinny rail.

Great sights for the price
I mounted this sight on a AR9. Mounting is simple as it fits any standard picatinny rail. The reticle is clear and bright. The lowest setting is fine in low light. I used it in bright sunlight on the highest setting and had no problem quickly acquiring the target. There are 4 reticles. I shot with all four of them and saw no shift in point of impact when switching between them.Accuracy is perfectly fine. It’s a red dot, not a precision scope. It’s quick to place on target and has a fine enough dot to not cover too much target area.I fired 300 rounds with the sight attached and found no shift in impact and no loosening of the base.Overall, I am very satisfied. I ran through a bunch of drills and practiced transitioning between multiple targets. The sight is great for fast target acquisition and allows you to keep both eyes open for quick transitions. One nice thing I wasn’t expecting is the solid click of the power button. It isn’t mushy at all and you feel it when you click through the settings.

Incredible for the price
I put two of these on different rigs. One was a little left and one was way right as you can see in the picture, but also as you can see in the picture once it was walked in a bit it stayed true and made for a nice hole puncher. I will say at 8-10 yards, the + and â—‹ settings were not great for ranging as they tended to cover the entire bullseye (although in hind site it might have been better at lower brightness) however the standard small dot was quite sufficient and effective. It was very easy to adjust and walk in. It is worth noting that there is not a set screw for windage/elevation so only time will tell if it holds zero after a few hundred more rounds. So far I can say it is a great optic for the money. Zeros easily, activates easily, is easy to aquire... what more can you ask for.

really bad quality
The sight is good, however it does not last. few shots and the dial gets loose therefore the battery disconnect and it keeps getting on and off. I have replaced 2 times and same issue after a day in the range.really not good. It seems the company is aware because they replaced the 2 times, but still did not fix the issue

Bangs well above its buck
I know what you’re thinking- I thought the same thing. “Amazon” and “optics” is a recipe for disaster, especially when it’s not brand name.I have no experience with red dots because I personally have never cared for any type of optics. I figured I wanted to spend enough money to where I wasn’t buying a laser pointer, but not enough to break into brand-name category. This optic came well-packaged, and seems well built. I wouldn’t stress test it, but it’s been knocked around and fired some 9 without any wandering or damage.Speaking of zeroing, that’s what impressed me the most; at least for me, the optic was perfectly on target out of the box. Zeroing seems easy with the provided key, but I got quite a tight group without any adjustment, and I am not a crack shot.So let me say this: is it an AimPoint? No. But if you are looking for a decent optic for a budget build without spending several hundred dollars look no further.Quick note, quick and easy mount for Picatinny. Unsure how it might mount on a weaver rail.
