Does it really block RFID? Has anyone tested it?

I tested whether this really blocks RFID and I confirmed that it works. I put my office building access key fob inside of this aluminum wallet and tried to unlock my office building's door by holding it up to the door scanner to unlock the door. I have tested it several times and the door always fails to unlock when I attempt to scan it inside of this aluminum wallet.

How many credit cards will this hold?

I count 7 slots. They automatically open up like an accordion when you open the case/wallet. I do not have 14 plastic cards to test out the ability to hold that many, but it nicely keeps what I feel is important: Driver's License card, my Emergency Information with my Medical Conditions, my List of Medications, my List of Emergency Contacts, my Health Insurance card, my Advance Directives (Living Will), my Cremation Membership card, my ATM card, and, of course, my Credit card.

Is this credit card case made of plastic and lined with aluminum? Will it break if dropped or sit on?

I just dropped mine and it broke, so it might not break depending on how it hits the ground. If it hits flat, you're probably good. Mine looks like it may have hit on a corner and it broke the plastic hinge.

What is rfid blocking

The blocking technology shield a thief from scanning/reading the information on your cards either up closes or at a distant. An rfid blocker will utilize something called a "Faraday cage" and with electromagnetically opaque technology that should prevent the unlawful scanning/reading of your rfid microchips.
