Q: I'm wondering what flavors are gluten free?

Thank you for your question. We have only two flavors those are not gluten free: 1. Chocolate, wheat, hazelnuts. 2. Pomegranate, shreded wheat, pistachios. Except those two flavors, all Turkish Delights are gluten free.

Q: I have never seen lokum that looks like this. It looks far more like halva. What gives it a grainy look as opposed to a gelatinous one?

I have only had the traditional pomegranate rose flavour which IS gelatinous and not grainy. I would suggest adding the chocolate to the mixture changes its texture but I suspect this is not as grainy as the picture initially appears. The pomegranate rose pistachio is one of the best out there . . .

Q: These are listed as vegan, but also says Milk in the description. Anyone know if it’s dairy milk or plant based milk?

The chocolate most likely contains diary milk. If you are a vegan, one of the non chocolate flavours would be your best bet
