Love this shampoo just don’t like the recent price hike. Went from 10-$14 It’s perfect for cleansing and getting oils and other product out of your hair and safe enough to use everyday and not dry out your hair. Been buying this for about 5 years now. Works great! Love the fresh lemon scent and organic!

So I'm happy I got a working top this time (the scent I ordered last time had a broken top). I will say I am disappointed with the smell it doesn't smell bad but this smells like bubblegum to me (I had my roommate smell it and he confirmed). After washing with it it does not leave a strong smell behind and what little smell it does leave is pretty much covered up with conditioner. It appears to moisturize well so I'm hoping this will help with my dandruff issue since nothing else has worked with my dryness.. it cleans the hair well overall.

If you are looking for a less expensive alternative to Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo, this is not it. It is decent enough but doesn’t give you the tingling effect that Paul Mitchell does. Too late to return so I will use it as a guest shampoo.

I have been using Avalon Organics shampoo for a few years now, as other clean brands left me with an itchy scalp. Avalon Organics is the best, and this is by far my favorite shampoo of theirs! The smell is fantastic, and it leaves my hair feeling clean and healthy.

I've seen what the rosemary shampoo has done for my husband's scalp so I was interested in trying the tea tree shampoo because I've had some irritation and itching on my scalp ever since I went for a walk out in the sun without a hat. Sunburn? Maybe. This shampoo really calmed things down in a matter of days. My hair is also completely soft. When you use this use a little more shampoo than you would normally use. For my super long hair I need three pumps of shampoo and two shampooings. Then I use a deep conditioner or a tea tree conditioner. This shampoo is not as strongly scented as my conditioner. I think my hairdresser is going to be impressed with the condition of my hair when I go get my hair cut and colored. This shampoo seems gentle enough for my hair and you may love it too. I have oily hair near my scalp and dry ends. So this works to cleanse the oil away and leave the ends softer. Brilliant! ~The Rebecca Review

I’ve used this shampoo for a few years now and it’s really effective for oily scalps. I used to have bumps or pimples on my scalp but no longer after I started using this shampoo. Only thing is that it might make your hair feel dry so definitely use it with a conditioner or just every other day instead of daily.

I'm allergic to SLS in shampoo and had a very bad reaction from a previous shampoo. This Avalon Tea tree scalp treatment shampoo is SLS free and helped my scalp recover and I've been using it regularly. My hair always feels "squeaky" clean afterwards.
