I use this all the time, and love it. Much better than garlic powder.The texture is perfectly crispy - no chew whatsoever.Flavor is like roasted garlic - not overpowering.You WILL end up with garlic breath, though...I use it liberally in ramen, and sprinkle it on a schmeared bagel. Let's fact it - a garlic bagel is covered with soggy garlic that ends up sticking to your fingers. This is nice and crispy every bite.It is expensive, but it is worth it.

This is one of the best condiments I've bought. Yes, I do take it with me to the sushi place because it goes great sprinkled on my sushi. It's crunchy not greasy and just elevates anything you put it on even salads. I will definitely be buying more.

You can see and smell this is quality stuff and comes in so handy. Other brands are out there and frankly we didn't know this one but it is the real deal and will be on hand at our house going forward.

This tastes like genuine "crispy fried garlic". No saltiness at all. The price is quite expensive considering the value but because this is straight up garlic it could only consumed a little by little. Also the expire date is quite generous so I think the company has fresh stock.
