The belt works ok, so I have kept it, but the inside of the waist belt is very smooth and slick, and it rides up against my also smooth running shirt. As most women, I like my belt lower than the waist, more on my hips.Also, the water bottle pocket would be easier to deal with of it were just a mesh pocket with an elastic “mouth”. This thing is very stiff and makes the entire belt heavier.With that said, I am able to tighten it to my liking, there is a lot of play in the size. I didn’t bother cutting it, but rather slip it in and off through my feet.The other positive is it doesn’t bounce.

I wasn't sure if I would like this or not, but I love it! I don't have to carry my water bottle on my 5 mile walk every morning, so it makes my walks that much more enjoyable. I would really recommend this to anybody that hates to carry stuff while walking. It also holds my phone and keys in the pocket...tight fit, but they fit.

I was hesitant because I read a few reviews of people saying they could BARELY fit their phone in the pocket. I don't know what kind of 1988 Gordon Gecko phone they are trying to jam in there, but the pocket has plenty of room for a phone, keys and some gels, even a cliff bar.

Fits large water bottle, keys and at least an IPhone XR. Great for walks it frees your arms up to move and handle other tasks

What a great and well made contraption this thing is man I just love this thing. It surpassed my expectations honestly. I have a larger Samsung in a bulky case and it fits in the pocket perfectly, the quality is just great! The material on the inside is designed to be comfortable and absorb sweat.. its even got another pocket for keys, coins or earbud case and the reflecting material is a nice touch for using at night. Man what a great invention and design and it looks cool and sporty!! Totally exceeded expectations.

I am using the belt to carry water, phone during my work as a wildlife guide. Lightweight with wide adjustable Velcro straps that stay secure throughout the day. The angled water bottle holder is deep yet allows easy access. The phone just fits (iPhone XR) and has room for my ID.

I had tried many this kind of product that used rubber band material over the waist. Those products didn't work for me until I found this. It work for me. The only small design flaw is the pouch for keeping mobile phone tappers too fast to the end which made it difficult to keep my phone with my key. Overall still a 5 star.
