This bottle is great.

Love the appearance. Definitely a steal in terms of quality and price - fancy closure system, strainer, cleaning brush, moleskin feel, BPA and BPH free, and clear, legible time and unit measurements. Love it!Why only 4 stars, you ask? The hour markings don't make sense. Apparently between noon and 2, your on your own. Not going to return it, though. I am drinking clear fluid throughout the day, which is the point of the bottle in the first place.

We had this bottle about 6 months when the latch on the lid broke. After reading reviews that suggested to contact the seller, we did and were sent a new bottle. Customer service was very prompt in both their reply and sending a new bottle. I would buy from this seller again.

Just what I wanted and easy to clean.

I don't know what's up with Amazon lately but my original review on this which was excellent is removed. So I am reposting it again.Therefore, I am reposting it. My water bottle's lid broke after 4 years of use and I needed a replacement. The original bottle was quite durable, had a handy strap, a 32oz capacity with measurement markings, and was an absolute favorite of mine. However, my daughter borrowed it and broke it. I searched for it online but couldn't find it, so I decided to buy a replacement lid instead. The replacement cost $10, but the original bottle cost $18, which seemed odd. So, I decided to look for a new bottle with the same features and came across this brand.This water bottle has a similar design to my original one, with no straw but a strainer to add fruits to my water. The material looks like glass, is of good quality, and has a unique lid design with layer protection that ensures it doesn't accidentally open in your bag. They were charging more for the clear color bottle, so I opted for a colored one. The only difference is that it has a 26oz capacity instead of 32oz. However, I am satisfied with my purchase and have even ordered 2 bottles - one for myself and the other for my daughter. The bottle is easy to clean, and overall, I am happy with the design and quality. I would definitely recommend it to others. Sorry ... My first review had much better photos but this still shows the product. Hope you found it helpful.

Unfortunately I threw away the box before trying to use this, so I can't return it. But it's useless. How hard is it to make a water bottle? The opening is somehow not connected to the straw; I can't suck water through it. And after pulling up the spout, I can't close it again. Waste of money.UPDATED: I originally gave this product one star, but I changed it to three stars because of the truly awesome customer service. I was given a refund and the company also sent me a replacement bottle. This time the straw does work. But the spout has to be in a particular angle in order for it to work properly. So it's better, but not great. Again, terrific customer service.
