A great buy. Very handy, I use mine on a pillow and behind my back in the car. It is also useful for injuries as it gives instant cooling so helps with pain and inflammation. Would definitely recommend.

This great thing has certainly solved the problem I was having, which was a hot and uncomfortable pillow that I had to turn over every 30 seconds. Much cheaper than the seemingly only other option which is buying a new pillow that stays cold. The only issue is that it slips and slides from a tilted pillow which is expected as it isn’t secured, but other than that: no complaints. Thanks very much.

I have a skin problem and when I get warm in bed I start scratching, these pillow inserts are brilliant and really keep my temperature down enabling me to get a good nights sleep.

Thought they were brilliant initially. I laid my head on my pillow and was happy to feel the cold but after 30 minutes or so it started to really heat up and in the morning it was like a heat pad and had slipped to the bottom of the pillow slip. I am on strong medication so my body is always hot. It's why I bought this one to try out. It's okay for small amounts of heat relief but not one for over night. In that i am a little disappointed.

I've been investing in these for years, and they make a huge difference to my comfort when sleeping. I think that's all about personal preference though - it can be the best gel pad in the world, but it might still not be for you.The quality is good, and the gel contents appears to be generous. Others can be a little thin and lacking, buy this one is good quality. The cold sensation you get is great, and for the money I would say this is an excellent investment.As a side note, I have used these for pets during summer months and they love them. It makes a big difference helps keep the comfortable.

They are nice and cool, comfortable to lay on or to put on top of the body. Good value for money. Good alternative than electric fans.

I've brought these before and they have lasted over 4 years now. Haven't even lost shape. The reason I bought them again is because I left my last 2 at my exs house
