Great swim diapers!
This is the perfect swim diaper for teenagers/adults with incontinence. It is not bulky and fits under the bathing suit well. My daughter weighs 100 pounds and the size small fits perfectly.

Don’t have to worry when we are in the pool.
Works great! But just to be sure , I put a pair of underwear over to hold it snug.

Oder a Size Smaller than needed.
When ordering… order a size SMALLER they run EXTRA BIG. I wear a size X-Large in depends. So I ordered same size in Swim Pants. They are to BIG

These are slightly costly but well worth it to have our 9 yr old on the spectrum be able to safely enjoy the water ( as he LOVES to do!)

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These swimmer pull ups work great for my granddaughter. They hold the water well. Highly recommend.

Size
I got sm for my 7yr old with special needs because he's to big for toddlers this year. Now I can't find any but these they work but they do the job could be better.

Not just for adults.
Although these are for adults, I use them for my autistic grandson in swimming pool. Works perfectly.
