First of all once everything is said and done I like the faucet a lot and it is good value for the money but it was a bit of harrowing 6 week long experience. We ordered the faucet and it arrived with the wrong connecting part that we did not figure out until we had mostly installed it and spent hours trying to figure out what we were doing wrong. It also had a couple of surface scratches on the main unit and there was a hair in the box so we thought it may have been a return so we returned the entire unit. On top of this the directions were for a older style of the faucet so they were worthless.When the new faucet came it also arrived with the wrong connector and the wrong directions and I emailed the company and right away they said they would send another one. The fact that both of our shipments included the incorrect part and right away he told me he would send another tells me that every one of this shipment is probably packed incorrectly. Because it was shipped from China it took several weeks for the part to arrive. In the meantime we went to Lowe to find the part and we found something but it was bigger (and cost us like $8) so it wasn't ideal so we had to change the part out when the replacement finally came.I found the new design of the water hoses to be too long and too thin and it was very difficult to install without kinking.

So pretty. Not too shiny. Looks expensive. Good quality.

I am doing a bathroom refresh for the main bathroom and my daughter picked this one out. It is as beautiful as the picture shown. We haven't installed it yet do not expect it to be a problem. For Looks and (it's very solid not cheap or flimsy) I give it 5 stars! It arrived quickly and was very reasonably priced! will try to add the picture once we have it installed.

We ordered two of these faucets. They are heavy cast and seem to be of good quality, and visually eye-catching. On one set, the two handles' finishes vary from each other just slightly, one being a little brassier.When I received the boxes, it was evident that there were missing parts. I have contacted the seller and will update this when I receive a reply.UPDATEWe have visited the hardware store, where we discussed possible options and parts to remedy the missing parts, to no avail. Any option would most likely result in leaking or an incomplete installment at best. The threads on the pipes were flattened, which wouldn't even allow a nut to be completely installed.BUYER BEWARE - Visit the seller's website and note multiple typos and misspells. Read the reviews, see that some of the reviews also have broken, improper English. It is a foreign import from China. This seller has not replied to our request. We will be sending this back.UPDATE 11/25/20The seller did contact us about sending replacement parts via email. We had already returned it and did not go forward with the extra parts.

Was not able to install right away because of Covid and by the time we got a plumber friend over, the return period had expired. The faucet came scratched but the biggest problem was that the hot water tap had a broken seal and it leaks. The unit is one piece and sealed so the washer can't even be replaced and now I'm stuck with an item that can't be used. Very disappointing.
