A great boost while out walking. Will definitely buy more.

If you need 30g of carbs in a hurry then these bars fit the bill. However, I did not find the taste very appealing.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered the go energy bake bars on 10 May 2024 received on 11 May 2024 all bars out of date by 7 months Best before 19 October 2023 shocking avoid.

So easy to eat, some bars take a bit of chewing so these are a great answer to that.Though the filling would have been softer but not an issue.

My first time trying these. I find they taste really nice and the flavour they should. Haven't done too much running after taking them but I feel they will help.

Glad they accepted returns because when I received it it had less than 4 weeks to expire, so not really that useful
