My power cord got ripped out of the plug in spot, so I had to order a new brick to power up the laptop. At half the price it does the same as the original. No issues. Save some $$

It's a charger it works just fine.

plugged into wall, ran to headphone amp that’s also 16 vac. plugged in headphones and smelled burning … the burning was the driver in my very expensive headphones. i assume my dac amp is also done for. fun times

You should use the rice adapter to protect your equipment

Works in my Blackstar Core BEAM as a direct replacement power supply.

I used this on a dust-collection system and it worked as a great replacement for almost a year, but then it stopped delivering full voltage. The company that provided the original system reported that some DC adapters don't handle static electricity well, and this is probably one such adapter.

I'm using this power supply with a headphone amp and have been pleasantly surprised at how clean the power is. I don't get any power supply transients or noise. Great value for a power supply that provides 2 amps of current.
