Is there grease in these things?
They sound so dry. Being shielded there is no way to know. Get the sealed ones, at least you can remove a seal and pack grease in it. Disposable at best.

Not 4mm wide
The quality of these bearings is okay. They are not 4mm wide. They are thinner. For some uses this may be okay but for me they wouldn't work and I wasted a couple hours.
