Nuthin worse than not being able to get to sleep. Esp if you have to get up for work in the morning. I take this with a couple magnesium capsules and I can feel myself relax and get sleepy. Takes about 30 min for me. It was recommended to me by my Integrative Medicine provider. Good stuff.

I am not really noticing a difference

I really like this product. It helps me relax my mind and drift to sleep and stay asleep. No grogginess in the morning either like I get with OTC PM products.

I love Perfect Health products. I used the protein pills and I am getting excellent results with them. The sleep aid pills did nothing, they actually kept me up all night After a few nights of this I will no longer take. These were not cheap so I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing.
