Time will tell
I find it more than just a little disconcerting that we bought two of these locks, and they arrived with completely different cylinders (notice the pin location on the tail end of the cylinder plugs, as well as having different springs and retaining pins). One was keyed to 5 pins, and the other one 6 pins. That's not a huge deal, since I was re-keying them anyway. But the cylinder on the left has way too much play in it, making it so you have to have the key in *exactly* the right position for it to unlock. The other one had clearly been returned from another customer, even though it was billed and shipped as "new". If either of them end up being a problem, we will definitely be returning them.I expect better from a LSDA dealer.

Great. It won't twist with heavy use
Great for high traffic doors. $30 cheaper than the local locksmith.We have lever handles which adds to the twist problem. I've replaced previous cheap models 3 times in 14 years.
