Don't hate and leave a bad review for this regulator. Follow these instructions.
Works well, follow the instructions from the other helpful reviews. When opening, do not lose the clear gasket. Use a needle nose plier and remove the thick black one; replace with the clear and make sure it seats all of the way down. When screwing in a Sodastream tank, CO2 will escape for a second while it's seating. It will be loud. Just keep twisting until it's sealed. Again, works well. They should probably just have the clear gasket installed as default, given the number of comments.

Gasket is too thick. It does not work with Soadstream bottles
The rubber gasket is so thick that the actuator won't press the bottle release valve. It works if I remove the gasket, but then it leaks gas constantly. This is the exact same Sodastream bottle show in the seller's pictures.

Good and work fine
Nice and does the job, will like if it come with an option to change the side of the output line, use it for the soda machine and a 1L canister. Needed to create an adapter to be able to connect it to 5/8 od

The barb isn’t 5/16”
This is advertised as having a 5/16” barb. I purchased this to use with a keg gas disconnect and a 5/16” id gas line. The barb was a real sloppy fit on the 5/16” id line. I measured the barb with a caliper and it measured at just a little over .25 inch. If you gas tube is close to .25” id this should work. The barb is in there very tight so swapping over to a 5/16” barb probably is no an option.

The instructions are very incomplete.
This regulator is designed to work with a Soda Stream CO2 cartridge. Correct threads that obviously match the cartridge. The unit came with a thick black seal ring installed. It is too think to open the cylinder valve which needs to be pushed down. The black seal ring had to be pried out and replaced with a thinner clear plastic seal ring. This worked but when mounting the regulator some gas will be released before it is fully seated to the cartridge, so one must keep turning until it is seated. Once seated there were no leaks, and the pressure was regulated properly. None of this information was included in the instruction sheet, which was mostly in Chinese. When the regulator was fully open the gauge read less then 60psi, which I expected because the bottle had been used.

As advertised
Works as advertised for Soda Stream bottles. Replace the black rubber seal with the Clear seal prior to connecting a Soda Stream bottle. Be careful not to drop the Clear rubber when first opening the box as it was right on top for me. If you can't find it right away, remove all foam packaging as it blends in really well. It is very easy to control the psi dial. I use this for home brewing.

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed to run a sodastream Co2 bottle to my kegerator. Worked well.
