Smaller than I expected
It’s nice & lavender scented, but smaller than I expected. It barely fits around my neck, so a bit disappointed. I guess I should have checked the size - I required a longer one!

I found the item too small, would be suitable for a child and not an adult, hardly any filling in the bag. Definitely not worth the price.

+ nice and small for my shoulder. Keeps warm for a while. Lavender smell is nice but brought extra lavender drops for it because it dies fade- no issues

Heat for 1.5 mins, place in plastic carrier bag and then wipe over frozen car wind screen. Ice just melts away with no nasty chemical de-icer and no hard work with a scraper! Brilliant. Every house needs one!
