Gluten Free Pasta, High Protein
Because this gluten free pasta is made with chickpeas, it is a good nutritional value -- and it tastes great. I like the rotini shape because it holds the sauce well. It doesn't fall apart as easily as some of the rice and corn gluten free recipes, and it has a good texture. I buy it often.

Doesn't weigh your belly down like wheat.
Stays together really well while cooking, and even as leftoverovers. Filling, but not heavy like wheat pasta. Light flavor doesn't overpower your personal seasonings or sauces.

Eat healthy
As a person who loves pasta but wants to eat healthy, this pasta is perfect, it tastes very rich, the only thing is that some boxes came with the broken paste but then I love it contains a lor of protein for my daily meal.

Ok.
These are ok. There is another low carb brand made from semolina which taste better. I believe it’s called Carp Diem.

Good
First time I ate a chickpea pasta; it tastes different, but I liked it.

Perfect alternative
The best alternative to regular pasta. After trying several alternatives with no luck, we finally tried Banza pasta. The high protein and gluten free option were the first things that attracted us to this brand. We had little expectations but the taste is wonderful. Our whole family uses this now including our picky eaters. The boxes are smaller and the price is higher however we won’t go back now. The servings size is very filling with these protein packed noodles. Highly recommend!

Yummy pasta!
I love this pasta. It is comparable to actual wheat and egg pasta which is pretty tough to pull off. I like that it holds its shape and consistency as long as you follow the directions, which are similar to cooking regular pasta. I like to make a sauce and cook it for my toddler too, she loves it and it makes it easy for her to get her protein and fiber when all she wants is chips and fruit all day.

Tastes good, comes broken
A lot of the pasta broke en route, but it tastes good. A little pricy
