Q: what is the life one cell ?

I'm assuming when you say cell, you mean the battery? I found that battery life is more than two years. I replace mine when the red light indicator flashes on a battery being weak and It has only been in the unit for a few hours of moderate use. The electronic unit itself will last for at least 10 years, I relace one of mine that was given to me by a widow from her deceased husband. He had it for at least eight years and I used it for about two and a half years. Orlo B.

Hi, I believe you are talking about the 4" and 6" tubes. Yes they will work. You need to purchase the adapter that connects to the device and then the tube attaches to the adpater. Don MyHearGear

Battery doesn’t last

Good but runs out of battery very fast. Can only use it short periods and then recharge it.
